Pulmonary Disease

Our progressive curriculum is designed to provide fellows with comprehensive training in pulmonary disease so that each trainee is a highly skilled specialist with expertise in the breadth and depth of pulmonary disease at the end of their clinical training. During the first year, fellows develop a strong foundation in pulmonary consultation and outpatient pulmonary medicine through rotations on the Pulmonary Consult services at both MGH and BIDMC and their own Continuity Clinic. In the second year of training, fellows build on this skill set by caring for patients with advanced lung disease through experiences in Lung Transplantation and our Subspecialty Clinics.
