Academic Curriculum

Our training program features a robust curriculum to support the academic career development of fellows.  Throughout training, there are dedicated retreats and sessions focused on academic pathway and mentor choice, career development, and preparing for your first job after fellowship. We are able to leverage the greater Harvard community to provide interested fellows with the full range of academic training including formal course work in a wide array of fields including clinical research, laboratory techniques and medical education. Research fellows are supported by a structure that includes faculty research committees, resources for grant preparation and review, and a continuum of support through the transition to junior faculty.
