Procedures

Procedural training is a core component of our curriculum and is delivered during core pulmonary and critical care rotations as well as through dedicated rotations, courses and simulation. Our Interventional Pulmonology rotation provides dedicated time for development of bronchoscopy and pleural-procedures skills under the guidance of subspecialty experts. Fellows are also trained in Right Heart Catheterization by our Pulmonary Hypertension specialists during their Physiology Rotation and additional elective experiences. Additional procedural experiences include Airway Training and a formal, longitudinal curriculum in Critical Care Ultrasound.
