Airway Training

Our trainees receive instruction in airway management and intubation during an introductory procedural course prior to the start of fellowship. This is complimented by longitudinal simulation experiences and a dedicated airway curriculum. In the second year of training, fellows spend two weeks in the operating room at BIDMC for a high volume, hands-on experience with intubation.
